There are differences between the sort/browse on the 900 and 2000, I am not sure about the # issue though. I'll look into it.
I work in a club with 2x cdj 2000s and I have all my music on a external hard drive analyzed in rekordbox. I don't make smart playlists for keys in rekordbox because the cdjs can already do that. But one night I was invited to play at a promo party for a festival and I went with all my music collection on my hard drive. When I plugged in the hdd in the 900 nexus and entered the key category it was not showing me my sharp keys lists..It was only showing me flat keys and when I entered the lists the songs were there but the name of the songs was blank. I could load songs but had no ideea what I was loading. Any fixes for this? Thank you!

Ok, let me know if you find out. It may have been a firmware bug on the 900nexus. An option for "flat/sharp" keys în rekordbox and also on the player settings with a firmware update could be helpful. In case I'm not the only one who hâd this problem.
The questions from our engineers are as follows-
What key did you search for at that time?
・How did you input the key name? Did you manually input or automatically input by rekordbox key analysis?
>when I entered the lists the songs were there but the name of the songs was blank.
We would like to have more detailed information.
・Did it happen in the Key layer or the other category layer?
・You said "blank". Does it mean totally empty?
In the new Key layer, regardless that the track exists or not, due to total of 24 key layers for MIK's 1A~12B, you may see some empty layers.
>I could load songs but had no idea what I was loading.
Can you include your /PIONNER/rekordbox/expoert.pdb file, we will further investigate this issue.
Thank you
I was searching for sharp keys in the category layer but the cdj900 nexus displayed only flat keys. Like it was locked to only display flat keys. On the cdj2000s key category it displays all my keys sorted by the name of the key (all A keys in a list, all the A# keys in another list). I can use what system I want and the cdjs will make a playlist for that key name. I can use "do" "re" "mi" etc for some songs and it will make a list for them.
I used mixedinkey to input the key. I don't use the camelot system so I set it to write the keys name using sharp keys. I then rescaned the tags in rekordbox.
Lets say I wanted to enter the A# list in the key category, I was entering the Bb list and it was not displaying the song's name's. I could sort it by bpm, date added, etc. But the list was like:
[ blank ][87bpm]
[ blank ][87bpm]
[ blank ][87.5bpm]
[ blank ][90bpm]
etc.
totally empty where the songs names had to be.
I could select them and load them but I had to listen in the headphones to know what song I loaded
I think the easiest way to explain is that the cdj900s probably put the sharp keys in the corresponding flat keys lists automatically (A# to Bb, F#m to Gbm) but it didn't display the songs names in the flat keys lists.
It happened only in the key layer in the flat keys lists.
I don't know where to find export.pdb on mac os
@Theodor > Sorry for the delay in addressing this issue, the engineers have asked for a bit more information:
We would like to know more detailed reproduction steps. For example, when you cannot find the A# layer, what did you do? Did you go to Bb or another layer?
Were the track fields blank from the beginning? Or did the blank fields remain unchanged until the end?
export.pdb is located in the HDD used when this issue occurred.
~/PIONNER/rekordbox/expoert.pdb -- this file may be hidden.
The above information would be very helpful for us to investigate this issue.
