Rekordbox - Xdj Rx

To connect Rekordbox to the Xdj Rx you just need to power up the unit and laptop and just press Rekordbox or there is some mode of connection that you have to do? I know there is an issue with Version 3.2.2 and so I downloaded Version 3.2.0 but still can't connect. Anyone can help pls?

yes, you need to plug it in to your laptop via an ethernet cable

And click on the link button in Rekordbox (left footer)

Ok the ethernet cable is connected. Could it be maybe that I am connecting it before I power up?

make sure wifi is off and the RX should appear at the bottom of RB and you can click link on the left of it. If that still doesn't work it could be firewall related, disable firewall or follow the RB instructions if you have a pc on allowing the processes through that are need to link that your PC may be preventing

I have this issue on my Mac, how did you sort it? As I have disabled wifi, and tried firewall and still no icon!!!! To link
