Pioneer DJM S9 W7 Driver

Anyone else having problems getting the driver to work on Windows 7 machine? Serato says connected to S9 but nothing works and I get a message saying driver did not install correctly.

updating windows has sorted the issue

It is a temporary fix that works when the driver will not load because it's not DIGITAL SIGNATURED by Win7. I am looking for a permanent solution, but booting up using F8 and disabling the signature driver enforcement option works every time.
