Help - Only one channel recording problem

I have a problem where only one channel current record with no sound recognised for the second channel

I'm using DJM900 nexus connected to my mac via usb and trying to record into audacity or audition - but both have the same recording issue

I've tried every setting known to man

Help a frustrated DJ please.....
