Like I said in the other thread, if all you did was buy the Nexus to control Serato, Return them and get the 2000's back. There is absolutely NO advantage in the Nexus decks for serato control, its the same as the MK1, The nexus added features are all Rekrdbox based. And as of now, dont kill yourself trying to get it to work with HID mode, Serato has not come out with a version that works with the Nexus, it's not Pioneers fault

Folgen[CLOSED] CDJ 2000 Nexus HID mode for Serato
just picked up 2 brand new cdj 2000 nexus and can't for the life of me figure out how to hook it up in HID mode to control serato w/o time code cd's etc... -- running djm 900 nexus, serato sl4, powered usb hub and mac book pro please help.... this is making me hate them and want to go back to the reg 2000's or 900's

I bought them for both but when using serato with them it kinda sucks now.... hopefully they also come out with an update that will transfer the sreato info (cue points, loops etc) into rekord box as well...
i hear ya! they are great decks if you use them to the full potential.
