CDJ350 Cue Points

Hey guys, recently bought 2 CDJ350s and a DJM350.

When I'm playing a song, the cue button doesn't light up on that particular cdj and if I press it nothing happens. But if I pause the song the cue button then lights up and I can press it.. Do you have any idea why this would be?

And when I select a song to play next, it automatically starts playing. Is there anyway I can just have it sitting there ready to go at its cue position aka the start of the song? Apologies for the silly questions but was just seeing if anyone could help.
