DDJ-SR Cue on Ch2 restarts track on Ch1

Hi guys, a bit of a mistery one here.
My DDJ sr is doing all sorts of weird things.

1 Starting with the ( Slicer & Sampler Lights )
on both channels whilst music is playing they seem to light up in time with the music along side the channel volume indicators.

2 - After some time the slicer button on channel 2 becomes brighter and brighter until eventually its lit up as if it were selected. Once this occurs its mayhem because it wont allow me to select the hotcue anymore ( Slicer and roll ) can still be activated but none of the pads work.

2.1 - with the above problem, the cue also becomes non functional on Channel 2. It seems to become a hotcue for channel 1..

Basicly i have a track playing on channel 1 and i push cue on channel 2 the song on channel 1 will revert back to the begining.. A little bit inconvienent if for say you play live like i do.

Ive spoken to pioneer ES ( im from spain )
and theyve just tried to brush it off as a software problem.

Im running
Serato 1.8.1 ( installed yesterday )
DDJ-SR 1.0.7 ( Re installed this week )
MBP - El capitan 10.11.2 ( Installed on release )

Sounds to me that its hardware related however my ddj is no longer under warranty, so i would need to see how much its going to cost although as i mentioned to pioneer im a bit fed up of all my pioneer gear going wrong as did my headphones not so long ago..

This is something that if anyone has any advice on how to fix or what to do i would massivlely appreciate it.

Regards
Jack

To all users who are following this topic, we have an update for you:

Thank you for your patience as our moderator team closed all of the forum topics where the DDJ-SR issue was being discussed. This was a temporary measure to not add any additional information which could further confuse our support teams. With comments from many users, some from the same users posting to multiple topics, it was already difficult to sort out the issues and attempt to diagnose the variety of concerns.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your DDJ-SR not working properly. Our support staff and product managers have reviewed all available information and have concluded that as the issues are not all identical and as they occur across a variety of computer hardware and software configurations, there is insufficient information to draw a conclusion to a specific fault common to all DDJ-SRs, nor a fault within the product firmware(s). As such, we would like to direct all of you to please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your DDJ-SR serviced.

We have opened these topics again for discussion or additional questions you may have for us, but please remember to post in accordance with the forum Rules & Regulations.

(The same message will be posted to as many of the DDJ-SR issue threads we can find, sorry if you are subscribed to multiple topics and receive this same information several times.)
