fine audio on the mic mix

hey pioneer..i'm using a ddj sr..now,when i use a mic and the option to record a mixx while i can talk over it,it does record but with poor quality
when i record just me talking,its the same poor quality output..i need to know how to get studio quality sound from my mic.help
