Since I had my DDJ-SX2 (3 days now) my cross fader hasnt worked. It feels very loose as opposed to the other volume faders for each channel. The others feel sturdy and but the cross fader is very loose and easy to move. I could tap it firmly and it will move more than half the way across. But that wouldnt happen with the other faders. Is there something I'm supposed to press to make it work or did i receive a faulty unit?

Have you set it up in Serato in the menu? If it is to loose and not responding when set, then you may want to have the sealer look at it. The adjustment for the curve is the knob on the front lower right side.
