The mixer comes on but I get no sound from connected turntable or cd player... I get no sound either thru master output nor headphone jack. I have not connected the mixer to serato or any computer. What am I doing wrong. I just blew 1700 on the thing for nothing so far.

Which input source is selected up top?
Did you update the mixers firmware? Which version of serato dj are you trying to use?
