I can't see cover tracks in Remotebox from xdjr1

Hi, I use r1 in conjunction with iPads and application remotebox couple of years. Recently, when adding new tracks to the USB through recordbox stopped check cover tracks. Remotebox just does not show them. I connected r1 and on the iPad and on iPhone, the result is the same. Although using this same USB with the same library of tracks on cdj2000 covers clearly visible. Tried to change USB cards, it does not help. What could be the reason? Firmware version on r1: 1.12 for a long time. Version recordbox: 4.2, PC, widows 7.
