I am a beginner and with my budget i can afford the XDJ-RX or the CDJ 400. I need an advice as to which of them should i buy and will be good enough for me...Mobile/Club DJ use. Thanks.

Go with the rx! It just came out and the display is much better the the cdj400. I got a chance to play with it when it came out. For mobile or home use is good. Just get a good case and u good to go
Thanks. I have a Macbook Pro 15" with a reina display i7. Can i use it with the XDJ-RX and what software will i use it with?? Serato or virtual DJ or which is the best option to becoming a pro
Here the thing! You can use your laptop with it. Only Dj software that can be use is virtual Dj and I think traktor. No serato! In my opinion I don't think you should use a laptop for the rx. Only if u using it with rekordbox. Due to large music in your library. If u going to use virtual,traktor or even serato. Then u should get a controller instead of the rx. The rx,xdj 1000,cdj2000 nx and cdj900nx are laptop free. There display are good. No need for laptop
Ps you don't need any hi tec gear to become a pro. Just play good music and be very creative and different when playing
