Could be you have your monitors set really high and so the mixer never hits even the green, or you may have the output going to your speakers on the Booth / Monitor channel in which case it is based out off the individual channel trim and the booth or monitor volume which does not have an indicator volume and not the master volume. The master volume may be set to low or off in that case as the booth / monitor volume is a separate pre-amp from the master volume. Try lowering all your individual channels and the volume of your monitors on the back of your monitors if they have individual volume on each speaker and then raising your master volume and see if it shows up if not then there is something wrong.
