No sound coming out to headphones and speakers

I bought a ddj-sb 6 months ago. Everything went fine until, one day i pluged everything as usual and no sound was coming out from headphones and every button was in its place (volume all the way up, master volume, etc.) plugged the rca out cable to speakers as usual and nothing either. I tough it was a firmware update but everything was fine. Even the jog and buttons response was still working on serato
