I looked at both tickets...

@Bobby > Your issue may be that you had it activated on two computers and it didn't properly deactivate on the server. The license team will be able to assist you in resetting that.

@Adam > Your problem is likely related to an update within OS X 10.11 which tricked rekordbox into thinking it was activated on another computer. Try going into the preferences in rekordbox and deactivating that computer, then go back in and re-activate it. Let me know if that helps.

I bought a pioneer XDJ-rx but had received no license key rekordbox at. I do have a serial code of the pioneer, here you can do something with it?

@Yorick > There is no rekordbox DJ license key for owners of the XDJ-RX, currently only the DDJ-RX and DDJ-RZ receive a free key for rekordbox DJ. You are able to use rekordbox in standard (EXPORT) mode for free, and that allows you to manage your music collection, prepare and export content to USB drives for use with your XDJ-RX, as well as link the XDJ-RX to rekordbox over ethernet.

Update from 4.0.5 to 4.0.6 lost my performance mode!

Hi am am looking to buy a used DDJ-RX it has just a bare unit no paperwork or manuals to use Rekordbox DJ will i have to buy a stand alone key. 

Is this below said for just new units.   Thanks

@Zade > If the seller is not including a key, then yes, you will have to buy one.
