Is there one button that will disable all the keyboard shortcuts?
Sometimes they can be a real pain! (That is a huge understatement)
Sorry, no, your best bet is to assign a modifier to all of the keyboard shortcuts, such as shift, control, command or alt. That way there is no accidental key-press. Don't forget that 4.0.4 fixes an issue where some users found keys typed in the search would activate shortcuts.

Actually, I was looking for an answer to something else and remembered that there IS another option for you! While I still recommend using modifiers, you could also go to the keyboard shortcuts within the settings and select a preset on the drop-down at the top, then remove ALL the shortcuts and that way you could toggle between active and inactive. It's not as simple as one button within the software to do it, but that does achieve your goal.
