When i use the cue button for the right platter, it stops the tune on the left platter. Also when i am using the sampler option and want to return to cue it does not change.

@Steve > First thing(s) to check are that you're using the latest version of Serato DJ and that you have installed the most recent firmware in the DDJ-SR. If that is all current but you still have problems, I would ask for you to try a different USB cable and port, and if possible, test on another computer to see if the symptoms persist.

Steve, I'm having a similar problem, when I push the CUE button one deck it either restarts the track that was playing or loads up on the deck I'm preparing and starts playing there without ne pushing start.

Open Serato DJ Pro
Open the preferences
Click the MIDI tab
Click the DDJ-SR in the upper window
Un-check the Allow Serato Hardware Remapping button above that window
Click the Restore Defaults button at the bottom of that window
