Finder/Explorer Search and more

I am a happy owner of a DDJ -RX: D and I have some requests to do ....

1: It would be a great idea to include in the program the ability to search for songs that are not in the collection, giving you the chance of not having to use the Finder and drop them on the program, occasionally happen to work with USB sticks or hard drives.

2: In the information of the songs if I want to manually rename the tag I wish (finger flashing :)) (I do not know the name) remained where I click the mouse and not going early title

3: In the search, if I am in a playlist and want to do a global search, you should do as traktor clicking only the Enter key

4: You can remove the option that if I click on the song enter the charge on the deck?

5: the beatgrid is dynamic? some songs like "Kool & The Gang - Ladies Night" changes often and I can not set the grid properly

@Jo > Thanks for the comments. To address some of your questions...

  1. That would be virtually impossible to show songs not in the collection - you'd be better off simply dragging-and-dropping the entire hard drive into the collection as any songs not already imported will then be added.

  2. I'm not sure I understand what "finger flashing" or "early title" mean?

  3. Going to the search will search whatever you're currently in; if you are viewing the collection, it will search your entire collection. If you are in a playlist, it will search only that playlist.

  4. Again, I'm not sure I understand the problem - can you tell me step-by-step what you're doing and what happens?

  5. The default for the beatgrid is normal mode, which is for songs with a consistent beat pattern. For disco, you want to change it to dynamic mode, and then go through the song making sure to set and adjust markers as the song changes. Ladies Night is a perfect example of a track that needs serious help - it starts out at like 112BPM and ends up closer to 120!
