DDj - Sr, No USB cable, Cd or pioneer warranty REFURBISHED OR NOT ?

Hello,

I bought DDJ-SR recently via Thomann.de and it came out with no CD, USB cable, manual or warranty. They told me that it's normal and they provided manual via PDF file. (hard to believe because i watched unboxing videos and manual clearly states those are should be included )

I used my novation - impulse usb cable on first day and it did not worked well. (no audio etc.and almost freaked out)

i bought usb cable from local store. It is working well now.

They offered me 7eur discount for usb cable. Should i just let this one go ? Is there a way to check refurbished unit?

@Sercan > The retailer should have made you aware if you were purchasing an open box (previously returned) or refurbished (B-stock) unit. If you were under the impression you were buying a brand-new unit, it should certainly have had at least a USB cable and manual included. (I don't believe CDs are provided any more.)

You can contact a Pioneer office in your region to inquire further as it doesn't sound like you'll get far with the retailer if they're not being up-front about the situation. If you are concerned about the product function / reliability, then you should certainly call Pioneer, especially if you were under the impression you were buying a new unit.
