DDJ-SX 2 with Traktor 2.10.13

Hello Mates,

i bought an new DDJ-SX2 and don´t want to Use Serato, i prefer Traktor. My current Traktor Version is 2.10.13. The SX2 Firmware is the newest available.

The *.tsi file on Pioneer Homepage works fantastic but i have some issues.

1.) The Decks are playing and i havent turned on a Cue channel, the Headphone Cue/Master Knob shows only Cue Side but i hear a Master signal on my Headphones....Why? How could i fix this?

2.) If i turn Deck 3 and 4 onto an Stems Deck (Controlling the Stems with Xone 1D, selfmade mapping) i cant set Cuepoints or select setted Points with the Buttons, no Reaction. The same goes on Roll, Slicer etc.... Major Function like Start/Stop and the Jogs are working fine. Why and how could i fix this?

I had exactly the same problem with my new DDJ-SX2. It took my hours to solve it :-( but I've found :-)

The problem is the mixing level of the rotary between cue and master. On the DDJ-SX(2) it is done by hardware in the controller and not controlled by midi commands to Traktor to the similar software rotary.

I guess the same software rotary in Traktor is turned to right, that is the master. Set in Traktor the view mode to "Mixer", the rotary is labelled "Mix" and is located below deck B at the right side. The solution is to turn the software rotary in Traktor to the left, to Cue and never change it again!!!

If you want to use that function, use only the rotary on your DDJ-SX(2), not in Traktor
