DDJ RX 4 Deck

La mia ha dejado de funcionar bien y no puedes hacer ni scratch. Cargo una pista y empujo con el jog y hace lo que le da la gana. Reacciona con un retardo de segundos y luego se pasa un buen rato moviendo la pista como una loca ella sola. Y lo mejor de todo es que está comprada en diciembre de 2015 y la habré usado 6 o 7 veces y guardada siempre son su saver y en la caja. Ya veo que la voy a tener que llevar al SAT para que la abran. Me sabe mal que sea tan nueva y ya se tenga que reparar si a penas uso. Es un aparato muy caro para que se tenga que reparar en a penas 6 meses sin casi usarla.

the issue is that I have a DDJ RX and I load a music track on any plate (on Rekordbox last version) and turn the jog wheel to one side to another in the same way as is done scratching and the track does not react to jog wheel movimento or it's reaction is or reacts with a delay of more than three seconds respect to the movements that I make in the jog wheel. even lets you adjust the needle at an exact point in the track to set the cue and his movement are timed and nothing precise. Not allowed to work correctly.
Excuse me for my low level of English . I hope you have gotten understand what my problem is with the DDJ RX and Rekordbox .
Searching the internet I have seen that has happened to more people and they've had to get it repaired . I can not find a solution so I wont take it to the service of Pioneer.

Have you tried adjusting your buffer size?
