DDJ RX no earphone / cue sound

Hi there - any feedback here? It's been 4 days?

Wow still no response- a week later ? Super customer support.

I'm not quite sure why you'd want to cue from your soundcard, but the normal way of cueing is to use the headphone sockets on front of unit. Then turn the volume up to desired level (first knob to the right) then on the mixer use the cue buttons to get the correct channel or master you want to listen to. When using the ddj rx my audio source is set as the ddjrx on the pc and doesn't work correctly when other sources are used. hope this helps

I'm not trying to cue from my sound card - my sound card is running my speakers/monitors i.e my main external audio from the DDJ RX

I want to use the ddj-rx cue on the unit as intended.

So main audio Komplete 8

Headphone cue - DDj RX

Seems the email was a total miscommunication. 

When I select the komplete 8 from the audio interface menu - the ddj rx earphone option disappears from the headphone drop down menu.

I can either plug my monitors directly into my DDj RX to mix or cue from my Komplete 8.

Would like to use cue from unit ports as intended.

Right I see what you're trying to do. But it's actually the wrong way to do it. On a windows pc, once you've installed the ddj rx driver and rekordbox software, in the audio devices menu you will see your soundcard and a device called ddj rx asio. This is the device that needs using. You don't use the soundcard in the pc you use the soundcard built into the ddj rx. Hope that explains.
