RX3 left jog wheel has a tight spot, causing lots of friction when turning

New RX3 user. As the title suggests, I've got a faulty jog wheel. Its fine using other areas but there is one spot that causes a lot of friction when turning and especially when turning the outer ring. Feels kind of 'sticky' as other users have already noted.

I've set the jog weight to fully Heavy on both of them which makes it a bit less noticeable, but the issue is still there. 

I had some issues with the delivery, I'm wondering whether it has been dropped, or something like that, while in transit, but I'm just posting here in case I've overlooked something.
