Connecting DDJ-RX to Mac for Recording Input to Audacity
Afternoon,
Im after getting the pionneer controlle DDJ-RX and would like to know how do I connect it to audacity to record sets. Is it better to use a connection XLR into the controller and minijack into the mac or a USB connection connecting both with USB from controller to Minijack into mac?
Whats best to do and will produce a better quality of audio, XLR cable or USB connection. Also is there any other option? I am already using the RCA output for connecting the controller to the amp.

Do you know that Rekordbox DJ has a Record out function, you can record your set from the mixer with in the software. Also can you use the XLR output to your amp and free up the RCA for record, or even use the booth output for your record out.
