DDJ SR Crossfader stuck in reverse and cannot control the sharpness

Crossfader reverse light is stuck at ON and I cannot change it. It worked fine until I used it last time and all of sudden when I turned it on today. Crossfader reverse light is on even I turned it off. apparently its sharpness controller is not working either.

Do something please this is not my first time and getting really annoying.

I use MacBook Pro and all firmware (1.07) and serato (1.7.8) is up to date.
I tried to delete .ptls files in preference and it did not work.
