CDJ 2000NXS2

I know its a little early but when you guys can could you find out if the beat jump is going to expand to more than 1 beat forward/backwards.  It would be great to have a beat jump 8 or even 16.  Ideal would be up to 32 but 8/16 would good.  Also is there a loop jump like on the xdj 1000?

Given that it's a touch screen, I would expect, much like the XDJ-1000, it has several parameters available onscreen to jump.

I used them quite in depth the other day and they are currently locked to a 1 beat jump. No settings to change it.

@DjCotts, damn that kinda is a bummer would love to see a 16/32 beat jump hopefully when they come out they could update with a firmware to allow this.   When are going to have a full review up on youtube? Was there a loop jump option like the xdj 1000?

No loop jump that I could see, but I could have missed it (there are so so many subtle changes). I really like the updates overall, once you have had some time to get familiar with it. Review is all finished, but just waiting on a few things before posting.

I spoke with the product team and there is a chance it will have the ability to adjust the beat jump in a firmware update.

What's the price in CAD for the nxs2s line up?

@lennonpearson > Sorry, you'll have to contact a dealer for pricing.

@Xerxes > No, they are all USB2, which provides enough bandwidth for the necessary audio / data communications.

Pioneer always considers component failure history when planning and designing equipment - if they found a particular switch to be problematic, they would source other options for future products.
