Maintaining Rekordbox Info and Switching iTunes Libraries

Prior to really getting into DJing I put all my music from personal music to djing music all in one itunes library.

I have now decided itd be easier to just create an entire separate itunes libary, solely for DJing.

Is there a way to do this and keep all the imported and analyzed tracks with cue points?
