XDJ-RX vs CDJ2000 compatibility query

Hi all. Just a quick question that I can't find the answer to on here, have searched, honest! I have 2 USB sticks in current FW working through RB on an RX. If I simply took the sticks and used them in the a CDJ2000 setup, will the work? And work the same? Of course there might be small differences...
