@Jooce > Looks like it simply does that because of the fact you have Beat Jump enabled -- it's a feature, not a flaw!

To change it back, untick "Show Beat Jump Controls" from SeratoDJ SETUP > DJ Preferences > Show Beat Jump Controls.

@Jooce > Check that you don't have any other MIDI assignments; you might even uncheck the "allow hardware remapping" under the MIDI settings.

Unfortunately I had a hard time seeing anything because your video blitzed past the screen so quickly, in future, make it so we can see what's going on a bit more on the screen and hardware.

Looks like the beat jump button is detected when I ores the red buttons. Everything updated nothing else connected but laptop and technics 1200s. Can the warranty do anything to fix or replace?

@Jooce > I see that the software is receiving that signal on the jump, but if you've programmed the hardware to do that, it would be considered normal. Again, do you possibly have some MIDI mapping enabled?

No midi enabled or anything. I checked midi and that jump isn't even an option. The loop roll button is lit something isn't right.
