Hello, Sorry if I missed this in another post. But will the new CDJ 2000 Nexus 2 players be able to have the waveform displayed while connected to the RB DJ program, or will it loose the waveform display like the CDJ Nexus? I own the CDJ 2000 Nexus players and this would really be the only reason I would up grade.. Im not a fan of the touch screen, but would love to use the RB DJ s/w without loosing my waveform and other information on the CDJ. Thanks ahead of time for your answer.

Still no answer? No one knows the answer I guess or just don't want to tell it LOL
Thanks Pulse for the answer... Seems very odd to me that Pioneer comes out with new players and a new DJ s/w, yet they don't work in harmony together.. That to use it you have to loose great features on the player... Oh well...
They do, but it's possible that some concessions are made when you have waveforms in your face on the laptop already....
With many products selling that you can close your laptop and still unlock all the great features of the s/w now, I would think that Pioneer would have done the same. Its great to have the big laptop screen to search for music and drag and drop into the cdj, plus have access to all the other features of the program when the laptop is off to the side of the DJ and not in front of you blocking the crowd.. If we are gonna have these beautiful screens with beautiful waveforms and information, why would we want to lose that? Why can't we have both? Just my thoughts on something i think Pioneer should take a real hard look at. When a the Traktor Kontrol S4 is being used, you don't lose your moving waveform on the player because you have Traktor running on the laptop.. Thanks
