EQ Isolation on the DJM 2000 Nxs

Can anyone shed some light on what the EQ Isolator switch does, all i can see is i get a red light when on and no difference.

@Jay > It changes the curve of the EQs; if you turn them all to the lowest setting in ISOLATOR mode, you'll hear no audio on the channel, whereas in EQ mode, it's a -26dB cut.
