Cdj 900 freezing

The other day I went to use my cdj 900's but found that 1 of my players kept freezing/lagging while trying to play using the link from my other cdj. I tried using the cdj without the link cable and just with a usb then a cd but still had the same problem. I then updated it to see if that would fix it and it still continued freezing. Is there any way of doing a factory reset or something?
