"Utter lack of support"?? This is your first ever post. Have you ever emailed or called Pioneer technical support with regards to this issue before?
Nearly every button on my left deck isnt functioning correctly.
I have the latest firmware, latest version of Serato.
I am very dissatisfied with this product, and with the utter lack of support out there.
I think i will go with Native Instruments in future.

im sorry, perhaps that was terrible phrasing. "Lack of sources" or information might have been better.
This is my first time contacting pioneer. I have been through the hoops with Serato support a number of times with no help.
Is there any way to give my controller a factory reset?
It could be a hardware defect, but you may try flashing the firmware to the latest version.
I've noticed this seems to be a common theme here on the forum. DDJ- SRs start having weird issues on the left deck. Hit the left cue, and the right deck ques! Go from the roll function back to hot cue on the left deck and both the left and right deck go to the sample panel and you can't get back to hot cue without restarting the board. I even had an issue today when I spammed the hot cue function button in both anger and desperation and it engaged auto loops on both decks and all FX on both boards leaving me in complete silence.
I keep reading more and more posts more or less describing these specific malfunctions or others that are quite similar. Please direct me to the thread where pioneer is addressing this bug. Until this started happening a couple of weeks ago, I could not have been more happy with my purchase. I use my board several days a week. I earn my income with it. Being without it is really, really going to suck. I have heard stories of peoples boards being gone for 3 months before. Alright, enough rambling.
@Douglas > These are issues that engineering is looking into. At this point, they're trying to determine where the problem lies and working on a solution to it. I understand your frustration as it sucks when gear you depend on for work is not doing what you need. Your patience is appreciated.
I appreciate the response. Now, can you tell me what to do? I bought the board in March. Please contact me by email and tell me what we are going to do. I'm literally sitting on my hands right now. I want to buy a DJM S9 and two PLX-1000s, but how pioneer handles the issue with my little DDJ-SR is going to be critical to my purchase....
The best thing you can do right now is to contact technical support and explain the issue, they will be able to arrange repair for you.
