Shame on you!

Bought Pioneer as I thought you can't go wrong, how wrong was I. 

Can't understand why a simple software upgrade can't sort most of the real issues out?

For example,

Sub folders in playlists (which you can do with Pioneer Rekordbox), No wave form while using iPad and have to use a third party software to use with a PC.

Crazy!!!  

Do you do refunds?
