Hotcues not in time (round to nearest quantizing note)

I posted this months ago for either 4.0.1 or 4.0.2 but had a session the other day where this bug was severely limiting my workflow.

The bug is that when sync and quantize are turned on, when jamming on hotcues, the system rounds off each press to the nearest quantize setting. For example, I have mine quantized to the beat.

If I press a hot cue even a fraction late, instead of rounding down 1/16 of a beat it makes the hotcue go to the next whole beat. This makes it impossible to do synchronized button mashing (a la Ean Golden).

What I end up doing now is hitting it a micro-second early which is obviously not ideal.  I also have to re-train years of muscle memory.

The fix from pioneer would be to say that if quantize is on, if the button is pressed in between quantize beats, it should round up OR down to the nearest.
