I Can't Login to Kuvo website or Rekordbox Desktop Software

Looks like I'm having similar issue to a few other people....

just spent loads of money on some brand new pioneer kit and cant even log in/ register an account with rekordbox or kuvo.... just keep getting an error message on the kuvo site and when i try and log in with the email address I originally registered with on the rekordbox desktop software it comes up with the message "fix your internet connection environment then try again" so i try to follow the troubleshoot steps on the FAQ for this issue by trying to log into to kuvo to obtain the .NXS file but I cant even log into Kuvo to follow instructions! Everytime I try and log into Kuvo on the website it comes up with an error and freezes. Whats going on pioneer?? not a great first impression!

anche  io lostesso problema.......impressione pessima 

ti chiedo se hai novita su come procere  oppure  cosa sia sucesso  di condividerlo

ho appena acquistato una  xdj rc   e non posso usarla

I guess not (bear in mind I have been trying to do this since Friday last week!) 

And judging by the other threads about the same issue also with no replies from Pioneer its not looking promising is it. 

Nightmare... I just want to start using my new stuff!

Yes I can finally log into the Kuvo site however I am still struggling to log into the rekordbox desktop software... I keep getting this message when I try to log in

"Fix your internet connection environment then try again"

Anyone know what to do about that??
