Figured it out.
I didn't remove the file from the folder when putting it on to USB.

First Time updating firmware XDJ-RX 1.60 > 2.10??
I can't seem to get it to work, using usb format, MS-DOS (FAT) Macbook pro 10.10.5.
I downloaded the zip from pioneer, unpacked it, moved to the usb.
While usb 1 stop and relax/exit pressed I turn unit on. I then insert usb into usb 1 and nothing happens.
What am I missing, thanks guys.
