installing the driver onto a djm 2000 nexus

I have completed the stage which involves installing the driver software for a djm 2000 onto my mac through the CD drive and following the steps shown which end in me restarting my computer, i have completed this twice.

I then have my djm 2000 nexus turned off while i plug in my mac which is turned on, to then turn on my dam 2000, your support book says a message such as "driver installing" should come up but nothing comes up and I'm wondering if there is something i need to do or how to i connect rekord box on my computer to my mixer to access my library on my xdj 1000 through the pro link.

You only needed to install the DJM driver if you plan on using it as a controller (for MIDI) or as an audio interface. If you want to link it to rekordbox (to load music in EXPORT mode), no drivers are necessary - simply connect the XDJ-1000's via the ProDJ Link (ethernet) on the DJM-2000NXS and connect the COMPUTER ProDJ Link port to your computer's ethernet jack. In rekordbox you will see a LINK button appear at the bottom left - click that and your XDJs and DJM will appear at the bottom of the rekordbox screen.
