It's not reacting at all or it's just not responding as quickly as you press it? Is it possible that you have quantize enabled?

Hi I'm facing a problem iv download the latest firmware for xdj-rx 2.10 and my hot cue button D ion the left side not responding quick this is the only button which is I'm having a problem with all functions are working good . What should I do .thanks
