Suddenly stopped functioning DDJ-SR

I bought it about 3 months ago...Did the firmware update when I first got it and its been working fine. Tried to use it today, and serato 1.9 will not recognize it being plugged in. It goes through its normal start up, but ends with fx assign button 2 (on deck 2 slowly blinking). I have tried different usb ports, but nothing. 

Help!
