MIDI sync and DJM900NXS

Hello,

I would like to sync my DJM900nxs with Ableton.

I succeded with DJM as the master and Ableton the slave by using EXT buton.

I would like to use Ableton as the master. Is that possible? Any alternative solutions?

So you want to trigger the mixer from Ableton correct?  The USB pathway is downstream for commands so I believe you have to use it as the master for control.
