Post are being closed even when there is no resolution. Meaning that when we complain that the unit is giving trouble and Pioneer cant seem to help, they just start closing the post and blaming it on the users.
Are users supposed to be happy they not getting help with an issue, or not complain when the issue is taking long to address. Good companies deal with issues immediately. Not get vex and close post.
Pionneer Pulse recently closed a post because he said the users were getting angry. We wouldn't get angry in the first place if your help was informative. there are so many things you can do to offer support and assistance. But rather Pulse you get vex and close the post, why so no one else can complain or show the frustration they are having with the unit. It isn't fair, some people save up for long to buy a unit and when they get it it doesn't work, and when they angry and want help you close the post. How are we supposed to get assistance. I have no pioneer agents in my country, If I carry it to fix, to check the unit alone is equivalent to one months salary. Do you think that is fair? Do you think it is fair to have a unit and it emabarras you when you depend on it at a professional event. I think Pioneer and pulse can do better than that for a reputable company. Some other companies have offered to take back the unit and check it free and ship it back free of charge what do Pioneer do close to post so no one can complain or get further assistance.

You ARE getting help. The post was closed temporarily while we await a response from the engineering team. It will be reopened at that time. There is nothing else to be done in the meantime. Getting angry and giving us an attitude does not help. We are doing our best to help you but, unfortunately, these things take time.
