freezing

Is it cold?

Seriously, I'll need a bit more information in order to provide any kind of assistance.

• What hardware?
• What firmware version is it running?
• How is it connected (are you playing directly off a USB drive, or linked to another player, or linked to rekordbox, or using the CDJ as controller for software)?
• Does it show an error message?
• Does it freeze during playback or while loading?
• What are you doing at the time it freezes (browsing, pressing a button, scratching, etc)?

Any other information you can provide would help.

You really don't go much beyond the minimum, do you? ;p I need a bit more info...

• What is the make/model of the USB drive you're using?
• What is the filetype of the audio you're using? Is it MP3 / AAC / WAV / AIFF?
  
• Is the audio CBR or VBR (variable bit rate)?
  
• If the playback freezes during playback, is it in the middle of a song while you're not touching the deck at all or are you doing something on the deck?
