I have my Aero connected to Rekordbox on my laptop (Windows 10) over wifi and everything works fine. I can use the rotary knob to move up and down the list but pushing the rotary to load the selected track has no effect. It won't load the track into the deck.
The only way to load a track is to use the mouse and drag a track over the appropriate deck.
This is a pain in a live situation especially when I'm using a trackpad and over shoot the Rekordbox window, the track is no longer selected with the mouse, which is another issue!
This problem also occurs on my friend's aero with a Mac over wifi

I played around a bit and managed to get it working by going into Utiity -> Autolock and switch that to "ON" now I can load a track into either deck using the rotary.
Under no circumstances can I load a track from Rekordbox using the rotary while autolock is set to "OFF". Even when no tracks are loaded into the Aero. This seems like a bug to me
The problem is more likely that your firewall is blocking the network.
