cdj2000nxs2 slip mode doesn't work properly

so the little trick that i usually use is to turn the slip mode on on my cdj and when the track plays sometimes I spin back the disk and catch it. To understand exactly what i mean go check this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4-vu_nKVhs

SO!... my problem IS... when i do the spin with the slip mode,  the cdc sometimes stays there were the spin stops; it doesn't bring you there were it should be.

example: the track is on 2:25... I spin... it goes back... I stop it... and the track stays on 2:20... when it actually should be around 2:27 (because we are on slip mode and the track keeps playing in the background)
