cdj 2000 nxs2 my settings missing

the background color and the wave form color are inactive.

how can i change that?

when i put usb/sd/or rekordbox is the same.

Hi!
I also purchased two CDJ 2000nxs2 but are not happy with the purchase paid a lot with many sacrifices.

no compatibility with traktor that forces me to change a program that I know very well and I paid.

One of my CDJ randomly decides not to eject the CD and are forced to turn it off and turn it on again so allows you to eject the CD. :-(

I'm disappointed I had so much confidence in pioneer. Many friends are waiting before changing their equipment.

We hope that will correct all errors are unacceptable for a product in this category.

My new CDJ 2000 NXS2 are also both exhibiting the same problem of not being able to change the background color or wave form color under my settings as well.  They show up under My Settings in a lighter font but are not allowing me to click on them with the rotary dial.  Any solutions for this?

have you guys updated the track info in Rekordbox for it to have the new data it needs? You need to go into Rekordbox and select all your tracks,right click and choose "add new analysis data" so it gets what it needs for the new decks, update to the latest Rekordbox version and do this and try again or the waves will be blue

As confirmation, I have already updated to new Rekordbox 4.2.1, & have already added new analysis data for all tracks.  I am able to change the waveform from blue to RGB on the shortcut button.  My problem actually is stemming from not being able to change my color set (background & waveform) in my storage device (SD or USB), which falls under page 34 (2nd column) for the CDJ 2000 NXS2 manual.  If it was 1 deck having the problem, than it may have been defective, but with 2 decks displaying the same anomaly, than it may be a more prevalent with more units.  Maybe the new firmware caused it?  However, since I loaded the new firmware after unboxing the decks, I really don't know.  Let me know if anyone has any solutions for this, or is experiencing similar problems.

I don't see that on the online manual, i looked quick at work, could be different obviously then the one we get in the box

 

can you post screen shots or video of what you mean and I can test too once I get home to my NXS2's and report back to you

Do you have those preferences stored to your device and did you load them with the MENU button (as directed on the screen) when you inserted the device?
