Possible Crossfader issue..??

Hello.. I have the XDJ RX unit about four months.. I was using the unit live.. while playing on the right side and cuing on the left the Crossfader was all the way to the right.. then audio cut out.. no audio till I tapped the Crossfader then it came back... it did not bleed from the left.. then it happened on the left deck ten minutes later...could this be a fader issue already :( or a software issue ???.. plus if it was a fader issue.. are there replacements.. as I can find them when i do a search ???
