Cross fader is not working

Hello I just recently did a gig and my cross fader in my S9 stop working it's dead.... is this problem common? My mixer is only about 6 months old. I don't put heavy wear and tear on it. Can this problem be fixed? I have a gig coming up saturday! Can someone write back and give me some options?
