missing playlist history

 hi

hope someone can help me here.

i use 2 external hard drives (both identical data).  for some reason one has stopped creating a history file.  i've tried it with both decks with no luck, the other hard drive does save history on both decks so i know it's not anything to do with the deck settings, or my settings on rekordbox.  this is very frustrating not to mention very inconvenient.  i have reformatted the drive in case that was the problem, but i'm still having the same issue.

can't understand why this is happening all of a sudden.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
