My XDJ-RX USB slot wont load.

When I insert a USB into the slot, the light usb 1 button flashes to show that it's accessing the usb stick, and the light on the stick flashes as well. But then the USB button doesn't light up anymore when I try to load the stick and nothing happens. I tried turning the unit off and then back on again, but nothing works. Do you know what could be the problem??

Does that happen with every USB drive you use in slot 1? What if you use the same USB drive(s) in slot 2?

Yes I tried like 5 different USB drives and nothing happens. It access the drive because the red light flashes, plus the light on the usb stick flickers as well, so I reckon that means it's actually accessing the stick. The USB 2 Slot works fine though with all my usb sticks.

Which firmware is on the unit? Have you tried updating?

The most recent one, I updated to the newest one when I first got the unit about 4 months ago.

Please try re-updating it; with the USB device connected to port 1, if the unit loads into update mode, detecting the USB drive, it would show that port is still working and there is something else to look at.
